Thomas Daniel Schmerbauch, 48, of Collinsville, IL, was born Monday, Aug. 9, 1965, in Belleville, IL, and died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Bonnie; and his faithful friend and companion for 16 years, his dog "Dodie".
Surviving are three sisters, Kimberly, Lynne, and Jennifer; a nephew, and nieces; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He is also survived by his dog, Lady.
