Born November 7, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a twin daughter of Melvin and Della Mae Chambers Jensen.
MaryAnn loved her family and was especially close to her twin sister, JoAnn.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by her sisters: Denise (Dave) Naylor and JoAnn Jensen; niece, Heather Naylor; nephew Travis (Jessica ) Naylor; 2 great nieces, Akaylea and Aspen; special friend Sherrie Hubner, and many other friends who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Darrell Glen Jensen.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 28, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Spanish Fork Cemetery, 400 South 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
