June E. Graybill, age 82, of Landisville, PA, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2009 at Lancaster General Hospital.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Walter E. Sr., and Anna Mary Mehl Etter. She and her husband, Reid M. Graybill, celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on Aug. 23, 2009.
Mrs. Graybill was a partner in the Etter Floor Covering Business in Lancaster and at one time owned and operated the former Miss Elaine Shops in Lancaster and Millersville.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church; Eastern Star, where she was a past Worthy Matron, James Buchanan Chapter; the Pilot Club; Shrine Oriental Band "Bandaids" and the White Shrine. She enjoyed painting with oils.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a stepdaughter, Karen, wife of Randolph S. Latham, Chesapeake, VA; a brother, Ronald, husband of Carol Etter, Lancaster; two step grandchildren, Kari, wife of Jeremey Caplin; Kelly, wife of Thomas Zinser; five step great-grandchildren, Sophie, Phoebe, Aubrey, Harriet, Lola and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Franklin Deisley, Jr., and her first husband, Franklin Deisley, Sr.; two sisters, Shirley A. Good, Nancy James; two brothers, Walter Etter, Jr. and Robert Etter.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend June's Life Celebration Funeral Service at the Funeral Home of Fred F. Groff, Inc., 234 W. Orange St., Lancaster, PA, on Friday at 2:00 PM with Msgr. David James officiating. Interment in Riverview Burial Park. Friends may call at Groff's on Friday from 1:00 PM until time of service.
