Jasper N. Brannen, male, White, never married was born May 27, 1866 in Nebraska. His father was David Brannen, born Illinois, and his mother was Martha Robinson, born Illinois. He lived in Arizona and the Prescott community 42 years. Residence: 725 Brannen Avenue, Prescott, Yavapai County, Arizona. Occupation: carpenter / building. He died in the Yavapai County Hospital, Prescott, Arizona. At the time of his death, 7:30 P.M., May 15, 1962 he was age 95 years. Cause of death: colon cancer. The Informant for the Certificate was Mrs. F.C. Brannen, Glendale, Arizona. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery May 18, 1962.

NOTE: The Death Certificate appears to contain an error regarding the surname/maiden name of his mother Martha. While the D/C shows "Robinson" the name actually is "Roberts". His brothers Ned and Elmer, and his sister Evora Noggle are all buried in the Mountain View Cemetery, and their Death Certificates all show "Roberts", as does family histories online.
