Court Denies Estate Claim for 3rd Time

Emma Burstad Jache, whose claim for the $35,000 estate of Armin R. Jache, railroad baggage-man, has been denied both by Probate Judge Manley L. Fosseen and a district court jury, lost her battle Monday for amended findings or a new trial. "This action has been tried now actually three times,"' District Judge Paul S. Carroll noted. "There must be some finality somewhere along the line. So far as this court is concerned, it has reached that place." Mrs. Jache said she lived with Jache 20 years as his common-law wife. His will, however, left the estate to a sister, Else Jache.
