ALICE VIRGINIA BURDETT, 88, of 221 Jefferson St., died Sunday at Washington County Hospital. Born in Damascus, she was the daughter of Joseph W. Clay. Her husband, William E. Burdett, preceded her in death in 1953.
She is survived by one daughter, Virginia Nicodemus, Hagerstown; two sons, James and Albert Burdett, both of Hagerstown; sister, Rosie M. Davis, Silver Spring; and one grandson.
Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
