Pat attended Kansas City, Missouri schools. For 15 years she was a gatekeeper for the United States Army Corps of Engineers working at several locations from 1982 to 1997. she was employed by Alco of Ottawa from 1975 to 1986. Previously she had been employed at Drake's Bakery as a sales clerk and at the H.D. Lee Company as a seamstress, both in Ottawa.
Pat was a member of the First United Methodist church of Mannford, Oklahoma. She was a member and Past Worthy Matron of Union Chapter #15, Order of Eastern Star, Ottawa Assembly #136, Social Order of the Beauceant, Retta Conclave #8, Order of True Kindred; Ottawa Shrine #19, White Shrine of Jerusalem, Warren Black Post #60, American Legion Auxiliary all of Ottawa. Pat enjoyed embroidery, reading and traveling. However, her greatest enjoyment came from her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On April 26, 1947 Pat was united in marriage with Denzel A. Rybolt at Kansas City, Kansas. He survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Peggy Armstrong and her husband, John "Jack", of Ottawa, Cathy Denison and her husband, Chuck, of Hutchison; one son, Richard Rybolt and his wife, Jane, of Silver Springs, Maryland; one brother, James William McBath Sr. of Kansas City, MIssouri; one sister Stella Joan Vasco of Lake City, Florida; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robert McBath.
