Uvonnie “Bonnie” Brown, of Terrell, passed away on November 8, 2005 in Dallas. She was born on April 26, 1935 to the late Dave and Myrtle Miller Edmonds in McAlester, Okla.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Rachel Heard, Tuty Osborn and brother, J.D. Edmonds. She is survived by her husband, C. J. Brown of Terrell; daughters, Vickie Samples and husband Curtis of Terrell, Shela Deal and husband Cliff of Quinlan; grandchildren, Casey Samples and wife Cindy of Elmo, Jonah Deal and wife Holly of Dallas, Javan Deal and wife Crystal of Quinlan; great-grandchildren, Michael Hess, C. J. Samples, Jade, Alyssa, Micah, David, Siona and Devilyn Deal; sister, Mattie Sagers of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and numerous, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, November 11, 2005 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Ford and the Rev. Jerry Kines officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2005 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home in Terrell.
