Thomas W. Bair passed away at the age of 76. He was reared in Lewiston, UT. He attended the Cache Valley School through the 8th grade. He married Norma Chadwick on Dec 22, 1941. She preceded him in death in 1993. He served in the U.S. Army from 1943-1946 during World War II. After being discharged from the service, he moved to Ogden, UT and went to work for the Arden Dairy, which later became Meadow Gold Dairy. He played baseball for the Ogden Red Sox from 1952-1956. In 1964, Thomas purchased the Meadow Gold Distributorship in Elko and renamed it Bair Distributing. He enjoyed hunting, working in his yard growing tomatoes and flowers, most of all playing golf. Survivors include sons, Brad and Craig Bair of Elko; and three grandsons, Brandon, Chad and Loni Bair.
