Mrs. Catherine L. Lenihan, a resident of Saginaw the past 65 years died Friday at her home, 915 South Jefferson Avenue. She was 80 years old. Mrs. Lenihan was born August 26,1851 in Stratford, Ontario, and came to Saginaw 65 years ago. She was married here to Patrick Lenihan. He died in 1922. She was a member of St. Mary's church and of the Altar society.
Surviving are four children, Ernest P. Lenihan, Cleveland OH, Edward F. Lenihan, Pasadena, CA, Burton Lenihan, NYC and Miss Maude Lenihan, Saginaw MI.
The funeral will take place at 8:30 am, Monday at the home and 9 am at St. Mary's church. Rev. Fr. Edward A. Caldwell will officiate and burial will be in Calvary.
