Eugeana Ray Fisher (maiden name McMurphy) was born June 27, 1927, in Susanville, Lassen County, Calif., to Ivan and Mary McMurphy and died Jan. 3, 2014, at the age of 86 in Reno, Nev. She was raised in Pollock Pines, Calif., and attended Pollock Pines Elementary School and El Dorado High School. She was married to Wendell Reynolds and raised three sons. She was a longtime resident of the Pollock Pines/Camino area. She later also lived in Reno as well as Redding, Calif., and Fernley, Nev.
Eugeana is survived by her sons, Wendell Reynolds of Fernley, Clifford Reynolds of Fernley and Glenn Reynolds of Elk Grove, Calif.; daughter, Kitty O'Neil of Smithville, Texas; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Hovde of British Columbia, Canada. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Fisher; sister, Beulah Jewell; and brother, Larry McMurphy.
Geannie loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A day of remembrance will be held at a later date.
