Cecil J. Underwood, 90, died July 8 in Denver.
He was a disabled American veteran having served in the Marine Corps during World War II.
He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Underwood.
Surviving are one sister, Avria Aileen Epperly of Radford; one sister-in-law, Ina H. Underwood of Christiansburg and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held July 11 at the Fairmont Cemetery in Denver. Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home in Radford was in charge of arrangements.
