Anna E. Watkins, 82, of Bloomfield, passed away at 12:05 a.m. Sunday, March 3, 2002, at Beverly Healthcare of Bloomington. Born Oct. 25, 1919, in Greene County, she was the daughter of John and Daisy (Crockett) Cox. She was a member of Solsberry United Methodist Church and the church women's club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Watkins on Nov. 1, 1964; one son, Paul Watkins; one daughter, Anita Watkins,; two brothers, Ralph Cox and Dwight Cox; one sister, Eva Chaney; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her parents. Funeral service held at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
