Phineas Drake,was the brother-in-law of Julia, who resided with she and her family in 1850. Sadly, Phineas, died on July 6, 1865, after a killer tornado struck Viroqua, Vernon County, Wisconsin on June 28, 1865. He died within days of the storm's hitting his house.
