He is survived by his wife: Patsy Combs Banks; one son: Adrian Banks of Hazard, KY; one daughter: Rita Richie of Hazard, KY; two sisters: Carolyn Sexton of Hazard, KY and Karen Mills of Walkertown; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
