Beverly Kay Jacobs nee McDonah, age 60 of Trempealeau, Wisconsin passed away at her home on Thursday, January 2, 2014. Beverly was born to Gerald Sr. and Ruth (Williams) McDonah in La Crosse Wisconsin on May 20, 1953. She was joined in marriage to Ronald Jacobs on January 22, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Beverly spent her career working for the United States Post Office, and retiring in 2010 as Postmaster at the Onalaska Post Office. The most important thing in Beverly's life was her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. Beverly loved traveling, especially following retirement. Her noted trips include visits to Mackinac Island, Michigan, South Padre Island, Texas, and the many trips with her husband Ron to Laughlin, Nevada.

Beverly is survived by her sons, Eric (Cynthia) Herman, and Ryan (Kim) Herman, step-son, Bryan (Ina) Jacobs, step-daughter, Joy (Nate) Tabbert, mother, Ruth McDonah, brothers, John (Margaret) McDonah, and Jeff (Ellen) McDonah, sisters, Bonnie Hein, and Barbara (Jim) Eisenmenger, and grandchildren, Steven, Daniel, Lucas, Shyanne, Brittany, Megan, Autumn and Tyler.

Beverly was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Herman, father, Gerald McDonah Sr., and brother, Gerald McDonah Jr.

Interment will take place at Trempealeau public cemetery.
