Julia Ann Webb

Julia Ann Webb, 83, of Modesto died Friday in a local convalescent hospital following an extended illness.
She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church and had been a resident of Modesto for 35 years. She was a native of Mena, Ark.
Mrs. Webb leaves three daughters, Bettie Lee March and Effie Jane Isbell, both of Oildale, and Bessie Ellen Hayes of Westminster; a son, Ollie Webb of Modesto; nine brothers and sisters, John Johnson, Anna Johnson, Andy Johnson, Martha King and Myrtle Carroll, all of Oklahoma, N. B. Johnson of New Mexico, George Johnson of Texas, Jeff Johnson of Merced and Florence Hobbs of San Bernadino. She also is survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the Freewill Baptist Church, 225 E. Orangeburg Ave., with the Rev. Ronn Johnson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel.
Interment will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
