She married Allen Wihksne on August 11, 1967, in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. She was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church and of the Multiple Sclerosis Denton Group.
Survivors include her husband, Allen Wihksne and her daughter, Sonja, both of Flower Mound, Texas; her mother, Delores Kappell, Kaukauna; sisters and brothers-in-law: Mary Ann and Dave Nagan, Jr, Kaukauna; Susan and James Nelson, Appleton; Jill and Michael Huss, Kaukauna; Sister Karen Kappell, fspa Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin; brother: Ron (Linda) Kappell, Stevens Point; Allen and Daniel Kappell, both of Kaukauna; a sister-in-law, Donna Kappell, Keller, Texas; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Sylvester Kappell and a brother, David Kappell. A Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 1998, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna. Rev.
