Fidelia COX, whose maiden name was LIVINGSTON, was the daughter of Blake and Linda LIVINGSTON, and was born at Newark, January 17, 1866; died at the home March 25, 1920, of pneumonia, being fifty-four years, two months and eight days old.

She was married to Lemuel COX, March 12, 1885. To this union were born six children—Luna, who preceded her to the better world; Mrs. Joy BLAND, Bloomfield; Mrs. Daisy FERGUSON, Solsberry, and John, Elbert and Raleigh. Besides the children she also leaves to mourn her departure, six brothers and an aged mother, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and her husband and eight grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

In her early life she accepted the Savior and united with the Baptist church at Salem, and remained a faithful follower of her Savior whom she loved.

A faithful wife, a devoted mother, a loving sister, a kind and considerate neighbor and friend has gone from us, but our loss is heaven’s gain.

The funeral services were held at the home last Friday, conducted by Ogdon BURCH, of Solsberry, after which interment was made in the cemetery at Solsberry.
