William F. Affeldt, 84 year old retired farmer of Story, died in Evanston yesterday, April 14, it was learned today.
Born in La Crosse, Wis., Sept. 23, 1863, he was a resident of this section from 1884. He was married June 1, 1891 at Kearney, Wyo.
Surviving him besides his widow, Mrs. Amanda S. Affeldt of Story, are a son Carl A. Affeldt of Sheridan and two sisters, Nina Lewison of Melrose, Wis, and Bertha Ristow of Taylor, Wis. A brother, Otto of Ettrick, Wis. also survives.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 19, at 2 p.m. at the Story community hall with Rev. C. W. Lawton officiating. Burial will be at Kearney
