Sarah Juanita Ostwalt Brown; 84 of Mooresville, much loved wife, mother, grandmother and new great grandmother entered into the eternal garden on Monday, April 4, 2011.
Born November 14, 1926 to Gaither and Levie Finger Ostwalt, Juanita attended Mitchell Community College and Cecil Business College and retired from Ingersol Rand.
A master gardener, Juanita loved spending time in her flower and vegetable garden and shared her talents at the local farmer's market. Her greatest joy in life was her grandsons, and the recent birth of her great granddaughter.
She is survived by her loving husband Carl A. Brown, son, Tony K. Brown, Daughter and son-in-law ; Kumar and Kimberly Brown Vesarapu, grandchildren, William Brown, Matthew and wife Sammie Brown and great grandchild; Madeleine , Sisters, Helen O. Misenheimer, Jean O. Blackwelder, brother, Robert Ostwalt, and much loved caregiver and companion Grace Winn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son; Stephen B. Brown, sister Hazel O. Anderson and brother Ray B. Ostwalt.
A graveside service will be conducted at 4:00 PM Thursday, April 7 at Glenwood Memorial Park in Mooresville.
