She was the daughter of Tom Todd of AZ, and Brenda Moore Todd of Erie. Mindy loved being with her friends and family. She enjoyed the simple things in life, like going to the beach and being outdoors. She liked amusement parks and collecting angels. She was very outgoing and loved animals.
In addition to her mother and father, Mindy is survived by one brother, Chris J. McCammon; two sisters, Jessica McCammon and Mary Mitchell, all of Erie; a daughter, Victoria Williams; a son, Anthony Todd; her husband, Jay Acosta; and many friends.
Burial in Gate of Heaven.
