Funeral services for John W. Busby, 67, of Bernice, who died at 11:30 pm Monday following a short illness were held at Weldon Methodist Church yesterday at 10 am conducted by Reverend Cramer. Burial was in Weldon Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home.'
Survivors include his wife, one son, Percy Busby, Minden; three daughters Mrs. Mabel Ringo, Holly Ridge, Mrs. Alice Jones, Bernice, and Mrs. Gladys Boyette, Bernice; one brother W.M. Busby, Bernice; Five sisters, Mrs. Callie Kierbow of California, Mrs. Tom Green and Mrs. Annie Pilgreen, Bernice, Mrs. Eva Burnham and Mrs. Pearl Burnham, Arcadia; and 14 grandchildren.
