Isaac was born in 1849. He was a rancher on Galiano Island and never married. He drowned at Plumper Pass while traveling to his home on March 28, 1892, at 43 years of age. He left no will but his estate (less than $100) and 160 acres on Galiano Island went to his next of kin, his sister Mary and his niece, Leonora Drummond, who was about 13 years old at the time. They sold the land to C. N. Cook for $450.
