Florence Corrine Campbell Smith, 76, of 447 Butler Road, widow of Cleave Calvin Smith, died January 2, 2014.

A native of Laurens County, daughter of the late Lee Roy and Hallie Mae Wofford Campbell, she was a retired employee of Homelite and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Alan Starnes and Wendell Starnes both of Greer; four daughters, Trina Parrish of Townville, Pamela Oliver of Lyman, Tammy Bennett of Ormond, FL and Cynthia Edwards of Campobello; one brother, Lee Roy Campbell of Columbia; one sister, Shirley Yarbrough of Statesville, N.C.; fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Smith was predeceased by her first husband, Broadus Ray Starnes and three sisters, Cleo Abercrombie, Miriam and Nellie Holly.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. John Mark Turner. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 10:00-11:15 a.m. Saturday at Wood Mortuary.

Pallbearers will be Robert Parrish, David Edmonds, Josh Oliver, Phillip S. Bennett, Tommy McIlwain and Donnie Parrish.

The families are at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 110 West Church Street. Greer, S.C. 29650 or McCall Hospice House, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, S.C. 29680.
