Funeral services for Mrs. Penny Edward Ardoin, age 50, will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte, La. Mrs. Ardoin passed away on January 1, 2014 at Savoy Medical Center in Mamou, La. Interment will take place at Ninth Baptist Cemetery in Ville Platte. Rev. Tate Ardoin will officiate at the services.
Mrs. Ardoin is survived by her husband; Wilton Ardoin; her sons, Albert Durgan, Santanna Durgan; her daughter, Shanyetta Hypolite and her husband Darrell; stepchildren, Brian Aroin and his wife Katrina, Sylvia Ardoin, Christina Jack; her brother, Clifton Durgan; her sisters, Stephanie Thomas and her husband Hayward, Felicia Richard and her husband Kenneth, Valarie Edward, and Kathy Durgan. Mrs. Ardoin is survived by 13 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
