Cromwell Alexander Called By Death

Cromwell Alexander, 59, 408 S. Park Ave., died Tuesday afternoon at the Henry County Hospital. He had been in failing health for some time and was taken to the hospital yesterday after suffering a heart attack. Mr. Alexander was a member of the Eagles Lodge and a former employe of the Firestone factory.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Ida B. Alexander; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Dugan of New Castle; two sons: Rupert and Sanford Alexander, both of New Castle; a sister, Mrs. Monroe Helms of Anderson; a brother, John Alexander of Dayton, OH; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Stanley Mortuary after 5 o'clock this evening. The Eagles Lodge will hold memorial services tonight at 7 o'clock at the mortuary. Services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Stanley chapel with the Rev. Thurman Whitaker, of the Friends Church, officiating. Burial will be in the South Mound Cemetery.

*Cromwell was the son of William and Catherine (Abrams) Alexander.
