Frank Lee Bartley, 69, of 417 F Street, died Sunday, December 1, 2013, at his residence.
He was born April 24, 1944, in Staunton, a son of the late Frank Allen and Irene (Rowe) Bartley.
Mr. Bartley served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam.
Family members include, three daughters and two sons-in-law, Theresa and Charles Miles, Kim Casey, and Tonya and Sidney Diggs, Jr.; nine grandchildren, Shamecca, Eddie and Charese Miles, Michael and Devyn Casey, Makia Twitty, Lindsay Bartley, Lashain Matthews, and Janiyah Diggs; two great grandchildren, Linney and Legend Reed; a brother, Neil Bartley and wife, Jean; a brother-in-law, Bill Fair; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Fair and a grandson, Laketon Matthews.
A private service will be held at a later date.
