John Benjamin Tyson, 69, of 322 Water street, died Saturday morning, March 16, after an illness of several months.

Born in Marshall county Feb 29, 1888, Mr Tyson had spent his entire life in this vicinity. He was the son of Lawson and Tina (Householder) Tyson.

He was married Feb 1, 1909, to Tessa Bentley of Plymouth, who survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs Hilda Bueche of South Bend; two sons, Melvin and Richard Tyson of Bremen; two brothers, Bert Tyson of Bremen and Frank Tyson of Batavia, Ill; a sister, Mrs Bertha Powers of Linkville; and two grandchildren.

Rosary services were held Sunday and Monday evenings in Huff's Funeral Home and funeral services were held in St Dominic's Catholic church Tuesday morning, Rev James Cis officiating. Burial was in the Bremen cemetery.
