Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Assumption Catholic Church for Marceil Fouraker, 63, Topeka, who died Sunday, Oct. 11, 1998, at a Topeka nursing home. She had cancer.

She was born March 28, 1935, in Seneca, to John B. and Marcella Rettele Rethman. she was graduated from high school in Seneca and attended Stewart's Beauty Academy in Topeka. she was a beauty operator many years. she also had been and associate supervisor at Kmart and Hypermart Stores.

She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church.

She was married to Galen Fouraker in February 1960 in Topeka. He survives.
Other survivors include sons, Tony Brown, Leavenworth, and Paul Fouraker, Topeka, daughters, Denise Sulsaia, Shawnee Mission, and Connie Christenson, Topeka, and her parents, Fran and Marcelia Mathewson, Seneca.

Burial will be Westlawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Fouraker will lie in state after 8 a.m. Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Funeral Hoe where a rosary at 7 p.m. Wednesday will be followed by visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made to Assumption Catholic Church, 204 W. 8th, 66603.
