Obituary:
Mina Marie Cline Watson, 74, of Walt Arney Road, Lenoir died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 19, 1931 in Caldwell County to the late Paul Alexander Cline and Bettie Mahala Price Cline. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse, Hobert Spencer Watson; two sons, Thomas Paul Watson and Ronnie Warren Watson and a sister Peggy Sanders.
Mrs. Watson was retired from Broyhill Furniture and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a son, Butch Watson of Lenoir; four daughters, Anita Porter of Lenoir, Juanita Fleming of Granite Falls, Tina Sinkhorn of Hickory and Pamela Crow of Conover; five sisters, Margaret Helton of Lenoir, Judy Moore of Lenoir, Ruth Teague of Taylorsville, Mabel Moore of Lenoir and Barbara "Polly" Chapman of Vale; 12 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2005 at 11 a.m. at Pendry's Chapel. Burial will be at Hartley Hill.
The family will receive friends today, Feb. 8, 2005 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Pendry's Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Steve Sinkhorn, James Porter, Chuck Harrison III, James Wood, Chris Wood and Ray Fleming.
