Donald Robert Montgomery was born in Raymond, Wash., and graduated from Portland's Grant High School in 1955. He served his country as a soldier in the U.S. Army and his community as an officer in the Portland Police Bureau. His career in real estate spanned nearly 50 years, most recently as the principal broker at Eagle Crest Resort. Don was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Lucile Montgomery. He is survived by his wife, Annie; children, Ty, Michele and Paige; sisters, Carol and Janice; nieces, Sharon, Susan and Molly; and nephew, Holman. Don's life and legacy was remembered at New Life Foursquare Church in Canby, followed by a burial in Willamette National Cemetery. A celebration of life was also held at Eagle Crest Resort.
