Barbara Cousins, age 57, God took one of his angels home, Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Lubbock due to a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Moore-Rose Funeral Home chapel in Floydada. Interment will follow at the Floydada Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00-8:00 p.m., Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Moore-Rose Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
Barbara was born on August 15, 1956 to the late Lee Ray and Dottie Dorothy Muse. Barbara enjoyed listening to her music and decorating her home and spending time with her grandson. Barbara will be forever missed and she will be forever loved and cherished by all that she touched.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Lee Ray and Dottie Dorothy Muse, a brother Lloyd Wayne Muse.
Left to cherish her precious memory are her husband, Leonard Hobbs of Floydada, a daughter, Jo-Liegh Perez of Floydada, grandson Michael Lee Perez of Floydada, two sisters, Linda Patterson of Wister, Oklahoma, Brenda Fritz of Slaton, Texas, a brother, Roy Lee Muse of Floydada, and several nieces and nephews.
