Arthur C. Abbott, 67, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away December 20, 2013 at his home.
He was born on March 25, 1946 in San Francisco, California to Arthur Thomas Abbott and Lila C. Wisman Abbott.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1965- 1969 and the U.S. Air Force Reserves from 1980- 1985. He moved to Bella Vista 20 years ago from California. He worked in the civil service, drove a greyhound bus, and also drove for various overland Trucking Companies. He was a member of the American Legion Post 100 and helped veterans restart their lives.

Arthur is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Edward Laidler and one sister, Lavern Undernehr.

He is survived by his wife Deborah of Bella Vista, Arkansas; three sons, Richard Bruner of Bella Vista, James Bruner of Pensacola, Florida, Timothy Abbott of Sacramento, California; one daughter, Tammy Johnson of Sacramento, California; three sisters, Pat Rose of Arizona, Kathy Miller, of Los Angeles, California, Flo Holmes of Reno, Nevada; twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
