She was preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Ada Lupton; husband, Homer Carpenter and brother, Emerson Lupton.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Homer D. and Mary Carpenter, Charles "Sheldon" and Linda Carpenter, Bruce H. and Donnetta Carpenter and Russel D. Carpenter; brother, Russel Lupton; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
