The Death Roll -- Mrs. Mahala Garrison Barnett, wife of Robert Barnett, Sr., died Tuesday at the family residence on Bedford avenue. Mrs. Barnett was a member of the old New York family of Garrisons and was born at Ft. Montgomery, N.Y. She was a sister of the famous Commodore Garrison of New York and also of the late Abram Garrison, president of the Diamond National bank of this city. She had resided in Pittsburgh for twenty years. As a member of the Methodist Episcopal church she was a consistent Christian and esteemed by all who knew her. A husband, four sons and one daughter survive her. The funeral will take place to-day.
