Miss Clara Minerva Wiley will become the bride of Arthur Edward Bald at 8:30 o'clock tonight in the home of her parents, Mr and Mrs William G Wiley of Watsonia boulevard. The ceremony will take place in the drawing-room before an improvised altar of farleyense ferns, palms, maples and standards of pink and white roses. The Rev C L Daugherty, pastor of Trinity Methodist Protestant Church, North Side, will read the service at 8:30 o'clock, and Mrs Daugherty will sing Lohengrin's Bridal Chorus. Miss Jean Esther Wiley, a sister of the bride, will play the wedding music. The bride will wear a gown of ivory white satin embellished with "Princess lace and pearls," A coronet of orange blossoms will hold her tulle veil to the coiffure, and she will carry an armful of white roses showered with lilies of the valley and tulle. The maid of honor, Miss Blanche Wiley, a sister of the bride, will wear a frock of white French voile embroidered in pink, and the bridesmaids, Miss Amelia Smith Wiley, another sister, and Miss Edna May Weller, will wear dainty embroidered voile frocks with wide pink satin sashes. They will carry clusters of Radiant roses tied with pink chiffon. The little flower girl, Helen J Todd, a cousin of the bride, will wear a lingerie frock with pink hair ribbon and sash, and carry a basket filled with rose petals, which she will scatter in the bride's path. Miss Wiley's nephew, William Wiley Alston of Sharon, Pa, will be ring bearer. He will wear a white satin Lord Fauntleroy suit, and carry the ring in a calla lily. Joseph A Richardson will serve as best man. A reception and wedding dinner will supplement the ceremony. The bridal table will have covers for 18, and a centerpiece of pink and white roses. The guests will be served at small tables in the rooms in the first apartments, and garden flowers will form the centerpieces. Mr and Mrs Bald will start tonight for Norfolk, Va, and the East. They will be at home in Pittsburgh after October 15.
