Franklin Earl Farley passed away Tuesday December 24, 2013 at St. Mary's Medical Center.
He was born September 5, 1957 in Henderson Co. to Joseph Earl and Judy (Zehner) Farley Billings.
He was a member of Zion Baptist Church and a graduate of University of KY. He was a Crop Insurance Agent for Heuring Crop Insurance. Franklin was a lifelong farmer, coached youth league sports for 12 years, State 4H president, KY colonel, past member of the Henderson Co. Extension Council, past chairman Henderson Co. District Board, past president Farm Bureau Young Farmers, member of Aplha Gama Rho Fraternity, Officer and Director of PCMA, auctioneer since 1978 ( Herron Auction ), auctioneer for Ducks Unlimited Benefit Auctions and a lifetime member of FFA.
He was preceded by his father Joseph Earl Farley and a nephew Weston Farley.
He is survived by his wife Tina (Thompson) Farley
