Fayette - Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl Cannon, 74, of Fayette Rt. 6, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Gum Bud (Macedonia) Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Cannon, a native and life-long resident of Fayette County, died Saturday night in the Fayette County Hospital after a long illness.
She is survived by three sons, Truman Cannon of Albany, Ga., Bill Cannon and John Cannon, both of Fayette; a daughter, Mrs. Joe Collins of Fayette; a brother, Marion Williamson of Fayette, a sister, Mrs. Vinnie Henley of Fayette, three half sisters, Mrs. Louella Waldrop and Mrs. Mary Waldrop, both of Tuscaloosa and Mrs. Mertie Waldrop of Fayette.
