KISKI TOWNSHIP - Marian Watts Adams, 96, of 1084 Route 56 East in Kiski Township, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 1997, at West Haven Nursing Home in Washington Township.

Born Jan. 16, 1901, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of John "Jack" R. and Jennie I. (Smith) Ardary.

She lived in Varidergrift and Kiski Township all of her life.

Mrs. Adams was a homemaker.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Vandergrift, United Methodist Women and Community Workers Sunday School Class in Rebecca Lodge, Vandergrift.

She is survived three sons, John R. of Kiski Township, William E. of Pittsburgh, Edwin M. of East Brady; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, "Jack" M. Adams in 1958; and a brother, Martin W. Ardary.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home Inc., Apollo with the Rev. Edward Bowen and Rev. Dr. Frank Garlathy officiating.

Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Curwensville.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
