Bluford A. Durham, a longtime resident of the Berea area and a retired farmer of Haiti Road, died at his home at 5 a.m. Wednesday after a lingering illness. He was a member of the Flat Gap Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Joe and Harrison Durham of Ohio, Ralph Durham of Berea and Two daughters, Nancy White and Martha Powell; one brother, William Durham of Boone, two sisters, Rosa Maiden and Mattie Estridge with 30 grandchildren.
Funeral services were to be conducted Thursday at the Flat Gap Baptist Church.
