CLARKS, La., Aug. 31. — (Special) — Funeral services for William H. Bumgardner, 62, who died suddenly Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from a heart attack, were held Thursday afternoon at Welcome Home cemetery, one mile east of Grayson, where interment was made. Rev. Bass, pastor of the Church of Christ, West Monroe, was in charge of services.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. C. A. Pouncy of Sikes, Mrs. A. N. Hutton of Natchez, Miss., Mrs. H. Y. Fussell and Mrs. Elder Fussell of Clarks; four sons, Lonnie Bumgardner of Denver, Colo., Willie Bumgardner of Salt Lake City, Utah, Curtis Bumgardner of Lake City, Fla., and P. J. Bumgardner of West Monroe.

At the time of his death, Mr. Bumgardner was living with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Elder Fussell.
