Beulah was born in Garrard County to the late Perry and Mary Elizabeth Calico Tussey. She was retired from Parker Seal and a member of the Dixie Park Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Jack Abney, two sons Russell Lee Abney and Charles V. Abney, one son-in-law Harvey Roe, three sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by her children Jackie (Charles) Lakes of Cincinnati, Ohio, Lola Jane Roe of Berea, Betty (James) Davis of Berea, Lonnie (Tina) Abney of Berea and John Abney of Berea. She is also survived by one sister-in-law Joan Tussey, daughter-in-law Maxine Abney, 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
