JACOB AND BALTHASAR BIEGLER

To suffer the loss of two dear ones in a very short time is the burden of the Biegler family residing at 224 Second avenue northeast. Jacob Biegler died last evening at 8 o'clock at the home of his parents, of pneumonia, leaving to mourn his loss a wife and four small children besides several brothers and sisters. He had been a resident of Brown county for the past twenty-six years coming here with his parents at that time. He moved with his parents to Aberdeen last fall making his home at 401 North Lloyd street. Death took place at the home of his parents, where he had been living since his illness of about ten days' duration.

This morning at 5 o'clock the death of Balthasar Biegler, father of Jacob Biegler, took place, following a long illness of a complication of diseases. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife and eight children, who are Mrs. Joseph Giesinger of Milbank, Mrs. Frank Schumaker of Aberdeen, Mrs. Antone Volk of Aberdeen, Mrs. I. J. Volk of Aberdeen, Christina, John, Casper and Lena of Aberdeen.

Mr. Biegler had been a resident of Brown county for twenty-six years, farming near Richmond until about five years ago when he retired, coming to Aberdeen with his family.

The funeral services for the father and son will be held at St. Mary's church Monday morning at 9 o'clock at the same time of the Kunert funeral, one service to be given for all. Burial will take place at St. Mary's cemetery.

Jacob Biegler died Friday evening at 8 o'clock of pneumonia, and at five o'clock Saturday morning his father, Balthasar Biegler, died of complications of disease, after a long illness. Jacob Biegler had been a resident of Brown county for the past 26 years and moved with his family to this city last fall, making his home at 101 North Lloyd street. During his illness, which had lasted ten days, he had resided at the home of his parents, and here death took place. He leaves to nourn his loss a wife and four small children, besides several sisters and brothers. Balthasar Biegler is survived by his wife and eight children, Mrs. Joseph Gissinger, of Milbank; Mrs. Frank Schumaker, of Aberdeen; Mrs. Antone Volk, of Aberdeen; Mrs. L. J. Volk, of Aberdeen; Christina, John, Casper and Lena, of Aberdeen. Mr. Biegler had been a resident of this county for 26 years, farming near Richmond until his retirement about five years ago. The funerals of Alois Kunert, Jacob Biegler and Balthasar Biegler were held this morning at St. Mary's church at the same hour, with a very large attendance. Rev. Father Schell officiated and burial was made in St. Mary's cemetery. The service was very unusual for services were given for three bodies' at one time.
