Lloyd spent many years working and traveling for Cablevision from which he retired in 1990. He will best be remembered for his love of woodworking and his love for people. Being a lover of the Lord, he worshiped at First Baptist Church in Bloomfield.
Lloyd is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 36 years, Sue Coberly, and his special friend of many years, Art Miller. Also mourning his loss are his sons and their families, Joey and Debbie Coberly of Farmington, Travis and Julia Coberly of Bradford, Ark., and Dale and Nancy Coberly of Cataula, Ga.; two sisters, Kay Johnson of Las Cruces and Eva Callahan of Atwater, Calif. He leaves three grandchildren and too many friends to count.
A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at the Aztec Community Cemetery, with Dr. Joseph Bunce officiating. Cremation has already taken place.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Cope Memorial Chapel in Aztec, 405 S. Main Ave. in Aztec, (505) 334-9332.
