Cecil is survived by his wife Marjorie; two daughters Cheryl Mounts of Chicago, Illinois and Dedra Kuhn and husband John of Amarillo; three sisters Margaret Harper, Henrietta Harlow and Betty Lou Wolford and two brothers Force Mounts and Wendell Mounts all of Kentucky; one grandaughter Caroline Pena and one grandson Christopher Pena.
