Albert C. Baker, 80, of Elkins, Ark., formerly of Edmond, Okla., passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born July 26, 1933 in Bentonville, Ark., the son of Kenneth and Charlotte Tanquary Baker.

Mr. Baker served in the United States Army, attended Edmond Public Schools, Oklahoma A&M, and was a member of the Methodist Church and a member of Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma June Baker.

He is survived by two sons, Ken Baker and wife Vicki of Ohio, and Terry Baker of Elkins; grandchildren, Jon Baker of Aurora, Colo., and Nichole Baker of Elkins, and a sister, Dorothy Johnson of Edmond.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Edmond, Okla.
