James Henry Stahr, Sr.

James Henry Stahr, Sr., 68, of 10807 Grafton Hall, died Saturday at his home.

He was a native of Fulton County, an Army veteran of the World War II and a member of Paralyzed American Veterans.

Survivors include his wife, the former Buna Hammond; two sons, Rev. James H. Stahr, Jr. of Kevil and Mark F. Stahr; his mother, Mamye Stahr of Clinton; and a brother, Charles F. Stahr Jr. of Manila, Ark.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at W. G. Hardy Valley Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Highway, with Burial in Zachary Taylor National Cemetery.

Visitation at the funeral home will be after noon Monday.
