CUYLER-William Irving
Albro, 59, of Vincent Corner
Road, a lifelong area resident,
died last evening at his home
following a long illness.
He was born Sept. 13. 1911 in
Truxton. the son of Irving and
Alice Champion Albro.
Mr. Albro was a member of
Keeney Settlement Church. For
the past 19 years he had been
employed as a car salesman in
DeRuyter, and prior to that
worked for Ames Chevrolet in
Cortland.
Surving are his wife, Doris
Brown Albro of Cuyier; a son.
Richard Albro of Cuyier; a
sister. Mrs. Floretta Bowker of
Cortland, several nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held
Sunday at 2:30 p.m. from Smith
Funeral Home, DeRuyter, with
Rev. Edgar L. Kinner officiating.
Interment will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Fabius.
Friends may call Saturday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the
funeral home.
