Carl Fiscus, 79, of Spencer, passed away December 5, 2013 at IU Health- Bloomington Hospital. He was born on July 22, 1934 in Owen County to Albert and Clara (Hamann) Fiscus. Carl was a 1953 graduate of Spencer High School. He worked at JE Deck and Winders Building Supplies before retiring. When he was able, he enjoyed playing golf.
Carl is survived by his brother, Elzia (Rose) Fiscus of Spencer; and two nieces, Judy (Dave) Lester of Freedom and Joyce (Tim) Gentry of Gosport.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Raymond Fiscus; and sisters, June Robertson, Frances Fiscus and Helen Martindale.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
